Baseball moves up in the polls after series win

Paul Mainieri and the LSU baseball team moved up in three major polls after another massive SEC series win vs. Texas A&M this weekend.

LSU in the polls:

D1 Baseball: No. 9 (Previously No. 13)

Baseball America: No. 12 (Previously No. 15)

Perfect Game: No. 8 (Previously No. 16)

Landon Marteaux will get the start tomorrow vs. Southern, per an LSU spokesman. The Tigers will travel to Columbia to face Missouri on Friday for a three-game series.
