As you may have heard, LSU lost six underclassmen to the draft last week, but Ed Orgeron will at least retain some key leadership in 2018 with the return of OG Garrett Brumfield and DB John Battle.

Brumfield has been a veteran offensive linemen for the Tigers, starting all 13 games in 2017. Brumfield was named second-team All-SEC and will lead a young but talented offensive line in 2018.

LSU’s starting offensive line should look like this:

LT: Saahdiq Charles (So.)

LG: Garrett Brumfield (Jr.)

C: Lloyd Cushenberry (So.)

RG: Edward Ingram (So.)

RT: Badara Traore (Jr.)

John Battle’s situation, however, is a little different. Battle has been granted a fifth-year of eligibility and will return in 2018. The Tigers will return their two starting safeties next season.
