A step in the right direction for the Fightin’ Tigers.
LSU secured their third-straight win at home on Saturday as senior forward Duop Reath’s 26 points led the Tigers over the Rebels.
LSU shot 50% from the field, but was just 6-of-23 from behind the arc. Skylar Mays netted 17 points of his own with 6 rebounds and freshman standout Tremont Waters scored 11 points with 7 assists.
With Saturday’s win at the Maravich Center, LSU improved to 14-10 overall and 5-7 in the SEC. The Tigers will travel to Tuscaloosa on Tuesday to take on Alabama for an 8 p.m. tip on the SEC Network.
