Everyone knew it was going to happen, but now it’s in writing.

No. 4 LSU and No. 1 Alabama are set to kick at 7 p.m. on CBS, the conference announced on Monday morning. This is the eighth straight year the two teams will meet in CBS’ primetime slot.

The Tigers (7-1) and the Tide (8-0) will meet in two weeks under the lights in Tiger Stadium. And, if Devin White remains suspended for the first half, it will be an angry Tiger Stadium.

There was no Monday luncheon this afternoon due to the bye week.
