LSU sophomore defensive tackle Siaki Ika has entered the transfer portal, according to 247Sports.

Ika played in 13 games as a reserve in 2019 as a standout true freshman, but has seen less playing time as a result of the shift to the 4-3 defense. A former four-star recruit and the nation’s No. 159 overall prospect, a move out West could be a likely destination for the Salt Lake City native.

“He wants to go wherever he fits best,” a source told 247Sports, “location doesn’t matter.”

Ika recorded 17 tackles and 1.5 TFL in 2019.
