#BootUp: Will Wade and the Tigers have gone 24-2 in their last 26 regular-season SEC games, this time defeating Ole Miss on Saturday behind sophomore guard Javonte Smart.

“He was ready to go this morning,” said Will Wade of Smart postgame. “He was energetic, flying around and excited. He’s not the best morning person. He likes to get his sleep.”

Smart posted a team-high 21 points and 3 assists. Marlon Taylor recorded a double-double, tallying 13 points and 11 rebounds. The Rebels were led by Devontae Shuler, who had 28 points and seven rebounds.

Next, LSU will travel to Nashville on Wednesday to face Vanderbilt for an 8 p.m. tip on the SEC Network.
