LSU has jumped three spots to No. 2 in the latest AP poll after Saturday’s 42-28 win over No. 7 Florida. This is the Tigers’ highest ranking since Nov. of 2015 (No. 2 LSU vs. No. 4 Alabama).

Joe Burrow was named SEC Offensive Player of the Week for a school-record fourth time and Derek Stingley Jr. earned SEC Defensive Freshman of the Week honors after recording a big interception on Kyle Trask late in the game.

App. State makes their first appearance in the polls, Florida stays in the Top 10 and Georgia falls to No. 10 after their loss at home to South Carolina.
