LSU may have the finest facilities in all of college football.
The LSU Athletic Department, along with Tiger Athletic Foundation, revealed a beautiful newly-renovated locker room inside the football operations building. The locker room features “sleeping pods” for each player with iPad mounts, cup holders and outlets that resemble flying first class in an airplane.
LSU also unveiled the “Mathieu Players Lounge”, gifted by former great Tyrann Mathieu’s $1M donation. The lounge has a movie theater, seating areas, ping pong tables and more. The locker room has already sparked quite the reaction on social media.
“Why would I leave? I’ve got everything I need right here,” said safety JaCoby Stevens.
When the players walked in to see their new home, their reactions were priceless. They were dancing, they were smiling from ear-to-ear and were filming on Instagram live. For more exclusive content on LSU’s new locker room, follow @LSUfootball on Twitter.
