LSU fell to Vanderbilt on Wednesday night in Nashville, moving to 17-5 overall and 8-1 in conference play. The Tigers were led by freshman forward Trendon Watford, who posted a career-high 26 points.
Next, the Tigers will travel to Auburn Arena on Saturday for an 11 a.m. tip on ESPN. The winner will claim first place in the SEC.
