LSU will be keeping one of their biggest offensive threats for Matt Canada in 2017.
“After long conversations with my family, as well as my magnificent mentor and coach, Coach Craig, I have decided to return to LSU for my senior season and finish what I started.”
Clark, the junior from Alexandria, proved to be one of LSU’s leading offensive targets this season with 26 receptions, 466 yards and 3 touchdowns. With Malachi Dupre still to announce, LSU’s offense has the chance to be very strong in the new year under first year OC Matt Canada. According to reports, Chark will wear No. 7 for his senior season, a coveted number worn by LSU greats like Patrick Peterson, Tyrann Mathieu and Leonard Fournette.
Chark notched 47 yards on 2 receptions in LSU’s bowl win vs Louisville.
