Football returns to Death Valley on Saturday. Let that sink in.

Ed Orgeron and the Tigers are wrapping up their preparations for Saturday’s spring game in Tiger Stadium. The team returned some talented players from injury on Tuesday afternoon, who wore the usual gold jersey’s and participated in non-contact drills.

Projected starters Saahdiq Charles (left guard) Ed Alexander (nose tackle) returned to practice today for the first time this Spring.

Charles underwent shoulder surgery; however, the reason for Alexander’s absence remains unclear, according to reports.

LSU’s spring game kicks off on Saturday at 5 p.m. at Tiger Stadium.
