LSU senior Skylar Mays is one of 10 candidates remaining for the Jerry West Award, recognizing the top college basketball shooting guard.
Mays leads the Tigers in scoring with 15.3 points per game and is shooting 48.9 percent from the field (109-223) with 27 three-point attempts. He’s become a finisher for LSU in presser situations, and may be an early favorite for SEC Player of the Year.
