Former LSU greats Kevin Mawae and Johnny Robinson were elected to the Pro Hall of Fame on Saturday afternoon.

They become the fifth LSU football players to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, joining Jim Taylor, Y.A. Tittle and Steve Van Buren. Mawae and Robinson were elected with Tony Gonzalez, Champ Bailey and Ty Law.

Mawae was a three-time All-SEC selection, becoming one of the conferences most dominate centers. Robinson was a major part of the Tigers’ 1958 National Title, leading to a first round draft selection to the Dallas Texans in 1960.

The two will be officially enshrined into Canton on August 3, 2019.
